Visiting this website, reading content, submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or sending an email or message does not create an attorney‑client relationship with Represent Yourself Legal, PC or with the principal attorney. An attorney‑client relationship is only formed if we both sign a written agreement that clearly describes the scope of services and responsibilities.

Please do not send confidential or time‑sensitive information through this website, social media, or unencrypted email. If you share information before a written agreement is signed, that information may not be treated as confidential and you should assume others could access or see it.

Limited‑scope services only; I do not go to court for you

Represent Yourself Legal, PC offers limited‑scope (unbundled) legal services only. That means you remain a self‑represented (pro per) party in your case at all times, and you are responsible for all final decisions, filings, and court appearances.

My role is to provide coaching, strategy, and document help behind the scenes—not to “take over” your case. I do not:

• Appear in court as your attorney of record

• Communicate with the court or other parties as your lawyer of record

• File a substitution of attorney or other paperwork to become your full‑service counsel

Any services I provide are limited to the specific tasks described in our written agreement. If you ever want or need full‑representation counsel, you are always free to hire a different attorney who appears in court.

No guarantee of results

Family law outcomes depend on many factors, including your facts, the other party’s position, the judge, and changes in the law. Represent Yourself Legal, PC and the principal attorney do not and cannot guarantee, promise, or predict any particular result in your case.

Past successes, client stories, testimonials, or examples (if any) are just illustrations of what happened in other people’s matters. They do not mean you will get the same or similar outcome. Any references to “wins,” “best possible outcome,” or similar language are about working hard and being strategic—not about guarantees.

Represent Yourself Legal, PC is a California law practice serving clients statewide through virtual services.  Legal services are intended for matters governed by California law. Nothing on this website is a solicitation to provide legal services in any state where the attorney is not licensed.
